You've been summoned.

This October, we're gathering inside Hostess, a charming 1922 bungalow tucked along Central Avenue in St. Petersburg, for an intimate evening of sourdough, wine and a little old-world kitchen magic.

With only 12 seats around the table, The Midnight Focaccia Society is part sourdough workshop, part wine night, and just a little bit bewitched.

Your evening begins with a glass of wine (must be 21+) and a tasting of freshly baked sourdough focaccia paired with enchanted seasonal butters.

Then we'll awaken your very own sourdough starter. You'll learn how to feed and care for it, what to look for as it ferments, and how to know when it's ready to bake with. You'll name your starter and take it home to continue your sourdough journey.
