Together, we'll create a rich dark chocolate sourdough loaf with pistachios (optional), while learning the techniques that transform flour, water, and wild yeast into beautiful artisan bread.

You'll learn the complete sourdough process, from mixing and folding to shaping and scoring, and I'll demonstrate how to create my signature black-and-white Beetlejuice-inspired spiral score so you can recreate the look at home.
