Dress in your best gothic witchy attire and join us for this decadent evening workshop, where we’ll awaken a chocolate-kissed sourdough starter and learn the art of nurturing it—your own living familiar for future bakes.
You’ll discover the secrets of inclusions: how velvety chocolate, dark cherries, and other treasures can transform the soul of your bread before crafting your own loaf of Chocolate Dark Cherry Sourdough.
Between folds of dough, you’ll sip on wine and indulge in a spread of sourdough bread and cheeses. We’ll unravel the mysteries of bulk fermentation, shaping, and baking dark loaves without losing their luscious sheen.
By night’s end, you’ll leave cradling your own dough to ferment and shape at home, ready to bloom into a spiral of rich, Gothic indulgence by morning.
