An Afternoon of Strawberry Shortcake & Sourdough Magic

This afternoon class is designed as a cozy, elevated daytime experience.

During this immersive, hands-on workshop, you’ll make every component of a classic strawberry shortcake. You’ll bake a tender mini vanilla sourdough cake, prepare fresh macerated strawberries, and whip your own vanilla whipped cream, then bring it all together to assemble a beautiful individual strawberry shortcake.

Along the way, we’ll talk through sourdough starter basics, how discard works in cakes, and how to create balance between sweetness, texture, and flavor in simple desserts.

We’ll bake, assemble, and enjoy a relaxed morning together.

You’ll also awaken and feed your own active sourdough starter to take home, along with a printed recipe packet so you can recreate the magic in your own kitchen.
