Twist, fold, and bake a little holiday magic. In this hands-on class, you’ll create your very own mini sourdough star bread, filled with either rich Nutella or cozy cinnamon sugar. I’ll guide you step-by-step through shaping these beautiful layered stars, and we’ll bake them fresh in class so you can enjoy them warm from the oven.

You’ll also learn how the dough is made from start to finish, and together we’ll feed a living sourdough starter you’ll take home to continue baking with.

While the stars bake, we’ll sip on mimosas, taste freshly made sourdough star bread, and chat all things dough, timing, and festive baking.
