In this intermediate sourdough workshop, we'll explore the art of enriched sourdough baking as we create beautiful mini star breads filled with your choice of rich Nutella or warm cinnamon sugar.

You'll learn how to work with enriched sourdough dough, understand fermentation and proofing, and master the techniques behind layering, twisting, and shaping these beautiful breads. We'll also dive into sweet stiff starters, learning how they're made, why they're used in enriched doughs, and how to feed and maintain your own.
