This two-hour class is designed to feel like a slow, cozy November evening spent baking.
During class, you’ll choose between Chai or Vanilla Scones and mix and shape your own sourdough scone dough from start to finish. We’ll walk through technique, texture, and timing so you feel confident recreating tender, beautifully balanced scones at home.
You’ll also learn the basics of sourdough starter, what it is, how to care for it, and how it can be used beyond a traditional loaf. Each guest will feed an active sourdough starter during class and take it home, giving you everything you need to continue baking with sourdough in your own kitchen.
While we work, you’ll enjoy freshly baked Chai & Vanilla Scones so you can taste both flavors before taking your own dough home to bake.
