Discover the magic of sourdough through the art of focaccia decorating. In this hands-on workshop, we’ll awaken and feed a lively sourdough starter, which you’ll take home to begin your own sourdough journey.
You’ll also learn how to mix focaccia dough, and then decorate a pre-made focaccia using a beautiful assortment of fresh vegetables, herbs, and colorful toppings. This workshop is all about creativity, texture, and expression. No two focaccias look alike, and your finished piece becomes an edible work of art you’ll bake at home.
Join us for a whimsical, relaxed workshop where sourdough meets creativity. You’ll leave with your decorated focaccia, mixed focaccia dough, your own starter, and the confidence to continue the magic in your own kitchen.
