Step through the gates of Nevermore Academy for a morning where opposites collide. Inspired by the iconic friendship between Wednesday Addams and Enid Sinclair, this workshop celebrates both sides of the spectrum with two signature sourdough discard pancake recipes: rich Chocolate Pancakes and bright Strawberry Pancakes.

In this hands-on class, you'll learn how to make light and fluffy sourdough discard pancakes from scratch while also learning the basics of feeding and maintaining an active sourdough starter. Whether you're brand new to sourdough or already have a starter at home, you'll leave with the confidence to bring a little more magic to your weekend breakfasts.

To make mornings easier, you'll also create and package two ready-to-make sourdough pancake mixes to take home, one Chocolate and one Strawberry, so you can recreate the recipes anytime.
