Celebrate Mother’s Day weekend at the enchanting Tampa Green Houses at Fallen Oak Farm, a place rooted in healing, beauty, and connection to nature.
Surrounded by blooming gardens, charming greenhouses, and the sweetest dwarf therapy goats, this hands-on sourdough workshop invites you to slow down, create, and enjoy a truly special experience. Tucked within the property is a breathtaking historic aquifer, a hidden, rainforest-like oasis with crystal clear water, lush greenery, and a quiet sense of calm that makes this farm feel truly magical.
In this workshop, we’ll awaken and feed a lively sourdough starter, which you’ll take home to begin your own sourdough journey. You’ll learn how to mix focaccia dough, then decorate a pre-made focaccia using a beautiful assortment of fresh vegetables, herbs from the garden, and seasonal toppings inspired by the farm.
