This enchanting hands-on workshop led by Spellbound Sourdough blends the timeless craft of sourdough with the beauty of the garden, creating an experience that feels equal parts creative, whimsical, and unforgettable.
Perfect for beginners and seasoned bakers alike, you'll learn the fundamentals of sourdough while mixing your own focaccia dough, feeding an active sourdough starter to take home, and decorating a beautifully fermented focaccia with fresh herbs, seasonal vegetables, edible flowers, and other garden-inspired ingredients.
