Start your sourdough journey with a fun and flavorful experience! This beginner-friendly workshop is designed to teach you the foundations of sourdough in a clear, approachable, and confidence-building way. All while enjoying a delicious brunch and bottomless mimosas (21+).
In this workshop, you will not be shaping or baking a loaf in class. Instead, you’ll weigh ingredients and mix your own dough as I guide you through each stage of the sourdough process. I’ll demonstrate shaping step-by-step, explain scoring, and walk you through exactly how to bake your loaf at home so you know exactly what to do when you take your dough home.
You’ll also feed an active sourdough starter during class and take home your own lively jar of wild yeast to continue your baking adventures.
