In this hands-on workshop, we’ll awaken and feed a lively sourdough starter, which you’ll take home to begin your own sourdough journey. You’ll also learn how to mix focaccia dough, then decorate a pre-made focaccia using a beautiful assortment of fresh vegetables, herbs, and colorful toppings inspired by the season. This workshop is all about creativity, texture, and expression. No two focaccias look alike, and each finished loaf becomes an edible work of art you’ll bake at home.
